Following are Requests for STEM Sponsorship from STEM 16 Educators. The list is current as of October 15, 2013.

Bring the whole family (grandparents too!) and experience the fun and excitement of integrating science, math, technology, and engineering, while competing in exciting family challenges!
Your family will work together to:
* Conduct experiments while discovering amazing properties about water, and compete with your family members to win the Family Penny Prediction! 
* Construct the tallest tower possible in the Family Tower Challenge! 
**FOOD! **PRIZES!

    Our annual STEM16 Summit, sponsored by the University of Mary Washington, FredTech, and the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, highlights the achievements and offerings of our region’s students, educators, and businesses in the STEM arena. This year we expect to highlight student and educator STEM efforts from over 25 local secondary schools, the University of Mary Washington, Germanna Community College and NSWCDD Dahlgren. The Summit is open to the public and admission is free of charge, thanks to our generous sponsors.

    Summit Information:
    • Expecting approximately 50 STEM-related booths
    • Technology Demonstrations (including Robotics, Lasers, Rail-Gun models)
    • STEM Career Fields Panel
    • Eagle Dining by Sodexo concession stand will be open for you to purchase food
    • Keynote Address
